Some of my recipes are old old favourites. Others are new to me, either made up or taken from the internet then adapted to what we have on board.
As I am gluten intolerant the recipes will be gluten free, please don’t let that put you off as most things can be made glutenous. I swap out plain and self raising flour in standard recipes all the time for gluten free flours so in most cases it should be possible to do the same in reverse.
